- Regular Team sign-ups and Open Women's Pick-up league and U-8 Skills Clinic sign-ups for next session are now being accepted.
- For Regular Team sign-ups, Coaches Need to submit:
Application along with $200.00 deposit (due on or before
registration deadline of each session / Total fee $550.00)
Team Roster (due at or before the first game) - Each Player needs to submit:
Parent/Guardian waiver and release form (due at first game)
- Coaches must submit team applications over the internet:
Complete online & e-mail back to Sportzone using the "submit"
button on the application. If, for any reason, you are
not able to submit your team application online, please let us know
by calling: 330-729-3883. Deposit should be received before
the registration deadline of each session.
