Team sign-ups for next session are now being accepted.   Applications may be submitted in 3 ways: 1.  Mailed to (PLEASE MAIL DEPOSIT HERE): Sportzone 2484 W State St Alliance, OH 44601 2.  Faxed to: 330-823-9450 3.  Completed online & e-mailed back to Sportzone using the "submit" button on the application form.  Deposit should be received before the registration deadline of each session. YOU MUST MAIL YOUR DEPOSIT BY THE DUE DATE TO AVOID   LATE CHARGES.  THE SPORTZONE IS NOT OPEN UNTIL THE GAMES ARE STARTED.  Please refer to "Notices."
