TEAM FEE $550

Registration Deadline is January 15, 2010

• Teams will be accepted on a first-come first-serve basis.
• Teams that have been suspended for Spring or Fall Soccer in other
  indoor facilities will not be accepted at SPORTZONE.
• Team Fee is $550:
  • $200 deposit is due on or before registration deadline;
  • balance of fee is due before the start of first game.
  • Team Fee includes a 10 GAME SEASON.
• Teams are responsible for referees' fees before second half starts.
• U-8 thru U-14 Divisions are $7.00 per team.
• High School, Men's Open and Coed Adult Divisions are $10.00 per team.
• Management reserves the right to require additional referees.
• Home team will be responsible for providing game ball.
• Prior to the first game, waivers, rosters, and balance of fees
  are due. Prior to the third game, roster additions are due.
