- Teams will be accepted on a first-come first-serve basis.

Teams that have been suspended
for Spring or Fall Soccer in other
indoor facilities will not be accepted at SPORTZONE.

Team Fees include a 7 GAME
SEASON.

Teams are responsible for
referees' fees before second half starts.

U-8 thru U-14 Divisions are $6.00 per team

HSB, HSC, HSG and Coed
Adult Divisions are $8.00 per team

HSA and Men's Open
Divisions are $8.00 per team.

Management reserves the right
to require additional referees.
- Home team will be responsible for providing game ball.
- Prior to the first game, waivers, rosters, and balance of fees
are due. Prior to the third game, roster additions are due.
