Following is a brief description of the divisions offered at Sportzone. Not all division will be fielded each session depending on of number of registered teams. If we have enough interest, we will separate each division into "A" and "B" brackets to keep the play fun and competitive. Birth year registration is determined by the year a soccer season ends. For seasons that span from fall to spring or summer overlapping across two calendar years, players will register based on their age during the second year of the season. To simplify, an age group can be determined by subtracting the birth year from the year the season ends.

Year Season Ends – Birth Year = Age Group
Season 2021/2022 – 2007 = U15 (2022-2007=15)

The U8 division is for boys and girls 4,5,and 6 year olds. In this division there will be 5 field players and NO keeper. A size 3 ball can be used, and all players must wear shin guards. The length of play for the Tenderfoot division is 4–8-minute quarters and a 5-minute half. These games are played on Sunday afternoon.

The U8 division is for boys and girls 8 and under. In this division there will be 7 field players and a keeper. A size 3 or 4 ball can be used, and all players must wear shin guards. The length of play for the U8 division is 4–12-minute quarters and a 3-minute half. These games are played on Saturday mornings starting between 8AM and 11AM.

The U10 division is for boys and girls 10 and under. In this division there will be 7 field players and a keeper. A size 4 ball will be used, and all players must wear shin guards. The length of play for the U10 division is 2–25-minute halves and a 3-minute half. These games are played on Saturday Afternoon starting between 12PM and 4PM. The overflow day is Sunday starting between 1PM and 3PM.

The U12 division is for boys and girls 12 and under. In this division there will be 6 field players and a keeper. A size 4 or 5 ball can be used, and all players must wear shin guards. The length of play for the U12 division is 2–25-minute halves and a 3-minute half. These games are played on Saturday Afternoon/Evening starting between 5PM and 7PM. The overflow day is Sunday starting between 4PM and 5PM.

The U14 division is for boys and girls 14 and under. In this division there will be 5 field players and a keeper. A size 5 ball will be used, and all players must wear shin guards. The length of play for the U14 division is 2–25-minute halves and a 3-minute half. These games are played on Thursday Evening starting between 5PM and 7PM.

The High School division is for boys and girls currently in high school. In this division there will be 5 field players and a keeper. A size 5 ball will be used, and all players must wear shin guards. The length of play for the high school division is 2–25-minute halves and a 3-minute half. These games are played on Sunday Evening starting between 6PM and 8PM. Overflow games will be played on Thursday Evening starting at 8PM.

The Men's Open division is for men only 18 years and older. In this division there will be 5 field players and a keeper. A size 5 ball will be used, and shin guards are optional. The length of play for the Men's Open division is 2–25-minute halves and a 3-minute half. These games are played on Thursday Evening starting between 9PM and 10PM

The Adult Co-Ed division is for men (30+ years of age) and women (25+ years of age). In this division there will be 6 field players and a keeper. The makeup of the 6-field player must include at least 3 girls. A size 5 ball will be used, and shin guards are optional. The length of play for the Adult Co-Ed division is 2–25-minute halves and a 3-minute half. These games are played on Saturday Evening starting between 6PM and 10PM. Overflow games will be played on Friday Evening starting between 7PM and 10PM. Please specify if you would like “A” bracket (More Competitive) or “B” bracket (Less Competitive) in the Special Instructions when you register.
